Setting Function Parameters

This activity allows you to set the function defaults for the “Account Based Budget” business component by which the exchange rate type for account budget to be defaulted can be set. You can also modify the function defaults, which has already been set. The system updates the login ID of the user to the last modified by and the system date to the last modified date.

Select the “Set Function Parameters” link under the “Account Based Budget” business component.

The “Set Function Parameters” page appears.

Enter the following fields:

Exchange Rate type for Account Budgets

Use the drop-down list box to select the exchange rate type to be set as default for Account budgets.

Click the “Set” pushbutton to set the function default.

The system saves the defaults that have been defined. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the default details.
