An incident reporting offers the ability to create a report based on the incident. You can create an incident in the draft status. It includes two types of searches like basic search and advanced search. You can also view or search the existing incident based on the incident number, year, month and status.
Select the “Incident Reporting” activity under the “EAM Incident Management” business component.
The “Incident Reporting” page appears.

To view the existing incident reporting details
Enter the following details in the left hand side of the page:
Incident No. |
The unique number that identifies the incident. |
Click the “Refresh Incident” button to refresh the existing details.
Click “+Incident” button in the right hand side corner of the page to create new incident reporting details.

To search the existing incident reporting details
Year |
Use the drop down list box to select the year. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the maintain codes activity. |
Month |
Use the drop down list box to select the month. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the maintain codes activity. |
Status |
Use the drop down list box to select the status. The combo is loaded with the values of “Accident Details Confirmed”, “Accident Reported”, “Closed”, “Claim Processed”, “Draft”, and “Investigation Details Confirmed”. |
Click the “Go” button to retrieve the details in the multiline.

Year |
Use the drop down list box to select the year. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the maintain codes activity. |
Month |
Use the drop down list box to select the month. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the maintain codes activity. |
Status |
Use the drop down list box to select the status. The combo is loaded with the values of “Accident Details Confirmed”, “Accident Reported”, “Closed”, “Claim Processed”, “Draft”, and “Investigation Details Confirmed”. |
Incident No |
The unique number that identifies the incident. |
Vehicle No |
The unique number that identifies the vehicle. |
Trailer No |
The unique number that identifies the trailer. |
Incident Date & Time |
The date and time at which the incident is happened. |
Vehicle Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of the vehicle. The combo is loaded from the “Maintain Codes” activity under the “Codes Master” business component. |
Trailer Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the trailer type. The combo is loaded from the “Maintain Codes” activity under the “Codes Master” business component. |
Incident Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of the incident. The combo is loaded from the “Maintain Codes” activity under the “Codes Master” business component. |
Reported Date |
The date at which the incident is reported. |
Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center. |
Accident Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of the accident. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity under the “Codes Master” business component. |
Driven By |
The person who drives the vehicle. |
Location |
The unique code that identifies the location. |
Accident Ref No |
The reference number of the accident. |
Driver Name |
The name of the driver. |
Processing Status |
Use the drop down list box to select the processing status. The combo is loaded with the values of “In progress” and “Recovered”. |
Ref Doc Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of the reference document. The combo is loaded with the values of “None”, “Agreement Reporting” and “Trip Log”. |

The number that identifies the reference document. |
Ref Doc Date |
The date at which the reference document is created. |
Click the “Go” button to retrieve the details in the multiline.

Tab – Chart
Incident Count – The incident count is shown on the monthly basis in the graph. You can view the number of incidents done in a month.
Click the filter icon the popup appears.
Incident Count – The graph shows the count of incidents in y-axis and month in which the incidents happened in x-axis.
Click “Backward” button to view the previous records.
Click “Forward” button view the next records.
Click the”Filter” icon to launch the filter pop-up.
Incident Information – The incident information is displayed on the yearly basis in the graph. You can view the number of accident information based on the years. The graph shows the number of accidents happened in y-axis and year in which the accidents occurred in x-axis.
Click the “Filter” icon to launch the filter pop-up.
Incident Type Info – The percentage of incident type information details are displayed in the pie chart on the age basis.
Click the “Filter” icon to launch the filter pop-up.
