Modifying insurance company details

This page allows you to modify the details of an insurance company. You can modify all the details of the insurance company except the company code. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modified details.

Select the “Insurance Company Information” link at the bottom of the “Edit Insurance Policy” page.

The “Edit Insurance Company” page appears.

Enter the following field:

Insurance Company Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the insurance company for which you want to modify the details. All the insurance companies, which have been created earlier, will be available for selection in the alphabetical order.
	On selection of the insurance company the system retrieves and displays the details of the selected company in the respective fields.

Modify the following fields if required:

Company Name	The name of the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 60). Mandatory.

Contact Person	The name of the contact person in the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 45).
	Zoom facility available
Address	The complete mailing address of the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 120).
City	The city in which the insurance company is located (Alphanumeric, 40).
State	The state in which the city is located (Alphanumeric, 40).
Country	Use the drop-down list box to select the country in which the insurance company is located. All the countries defined or available in the “Create Currency and Country” activity of the “Organization Setup” business component will be available for selection in the ascending order.
Zip	The zip code of the city in which the insurance company is located (Alphanumeric, 20).
Telex	The telex number identifying the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 20).
Phone	The phone number of the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 18).
Fax	The fax number of the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 40).
URL	The URL address of the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 50).
E-mail	The email address of the contact person or the insurance company (Alphanumeric, 60).

Click the “Edit” pushbutton to modify the details of the insurance company.

The system saves the modified details of the insurance company and updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Last Modified By” and the “Last Modified Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the insurance company.
Created Date	The date on which insurance company was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the company details.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the company details was last modified.
