Help on Lease No.

This Help page allows you to search and select lease number and transfer the details to the field where it is required. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.
Click the lens
icon positioned next to the “Lease No.”/ “Renewal No.”field.
The "Help on Lease No." page appears.
Enter the following fields in the "Search Criteria" group box:
Lease No. From |
The starting range of number identifying the lease number |
Lease No. To |
The ending range of number identifying the lease number |
Status |
Use the drop down list box to select the status of the lease number. |
Transaction Date From |
The starting range of date on which lease has been created. |
Transaction Date To |
The ending range of date on which lease has been created. |
Finance Book |
Use the drop down list box to select the finance book in which lease has been created. |
Click “Search” push button to fetch the lease details.
The systems displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Lease No. |
The code identifying the asset group. |
Lease Description |
Use the drop down list box to select the code identifying the class to which the asset belongs. The combo would be loaded with asset classes that has been defined in Create Asset Class with leased assets option as Yes. |
Finance Book |
The number identifying the lease agreement no. |
Transaction Date |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of party The combo would be loaded with “Supplier” and “Other Parties-Lease” |
Status |
The code identifying the party. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select Lease No.
Click the "Ok" pushbutton.
