View Function Parameters

This Section deals with the Asset Leasing and its activity View Function Parameters.
This page allows you to View the Parameters applicable for Asset Leasing.
Select the "View Function Parameters" link under the "Asset Leasing" business component.
The “View Function Parameters” page appears.
Enter the following fields:
Generation of Asset No. |
Indicates whether asset no. is generated manually or automatically. |
Auto-Generation of Expense Invoice |
Indicates whether expense invoice is to be generated in Fresh or Authorized status |
Generation of Payment Voucher during Termination |
Indicates whether single or multiple payment vouchers is generated during termination. |
Default Frequency for Lease Payments |
Indicates the default frequency for generation of lease payments. |
Default Posting Date Option |
The date for posting lease payments for monthly frequency option. 1-31 can be set. |
Note: The above option is applicable only for frequency “Monthly”.
Transfer of Leased Assets |
Indicates whether leased assets can be transferred or not. |
