This help page allows you to search for a report definition based on certain search criteria. You can search for the report definition based on the report ID, description, the cost center structure, the cost element structure, the column structure and the login ID of the user who created the report definition. The system retrieves and displays report definition details in the multiline based on the search criteria.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Report ID” field.
The “Help On Report Definition” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Report ID. |
The unique code identifying the analysis report which is used as a template to generate reports (Alphanumeric, 10). |

Desc. |
The description pertaining to the report definition (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Cost Center Structure ID. |
The code identifying the cost center structure based on which the analysis report is being generated (Alphanumeric, 10). |
|
Cost Element Structure ID. |
The code identifying the cost element structure for which analysis report is being generated (Alphanumeric, 10). |
|
Column Structure ID. |
The code identifying the column structure based on which the analysis report is generated (Alphanumeric, 10). |

User ID. |
The login ID of the user who created the report definition (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the report definition details based on the search criteria.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Report ID. |
The code identifying the analysis report which is used as a template to generate reports. |

Desc. |
The description pertaining to the report definition. |
|
Cost Center Structure ID. |
The code identifying the cost center structure based on which the analysis report is being generated. |

Level From |
The level of the cost center structure from which cost centers would be taken into consideration for the analysis report. |

To |
The level of the cost center structure till which cost centers would be taken into consideration for the analysis report |
|
Entry Point |
The entry point of the cost center structure from which cost centers can be taken into consideration for the analysis report. |
|
Detail Cost Element |
A specification of whether detail cost centers of the cost center structure must also be considered in the analysis report. |
|
Cost Element Structure ID. |
The code identifying the cost element structure for which analysis report is being generated. |
|
Column Structure ID. |
The code identifying the column structure based on which the analysis report is generated. |
|
User ID. |
The login ID of the user who created the report definition. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark a report definition for transfer.
Click “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the report definition to the main page.
