This help page allows you to search for a column structure based on certain search criteria. You can search for the column structure based on the column structure ID, description, the login ID of the user who created the column structure and the number of columns. Column Structures defined with budgets can be retrieved along with the search results if the “With Budget” field is selected. The system retrieves and displays the column structure details in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Column Structure ID” field.
The “Help On Column Structure” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Column Structure ID. |
The number identifying the column structure based on which an analysis report is generated (Alphanumeric, 10). |

Desc. |
The description pertaining to the column structure (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
User ID. |
The login ID of the user who created the column structure (Alphanumeric, 30). |

No. of Columns |
The total number of columns in the column structure (Integer). |

With Budget |
Check this box if the columns with budget property have to be retrieved. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the column structure details based on the search criteria.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

A specification of whether the column’s budget property has been set to “Yes”. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark a column structure for transfer.
Click “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the column structure to the main page.
