Finance Book

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book. All the finance books mapped to the Company are available for selection in the ascending order. The system displays the first finance book in the list by default on launch of the page.

Bank Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the bank code. All the “Active” bank codes defined in the “Bank Cash Definition” business component for which the account code has been defined in the “Create Bill of Exchange/Buyer’s Credit Loan Liability Account Definition” are available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.

Nature of Account

Use the drop down list box to select the nature of definition to view accounts i.e. Bill of Exchange / Buyers Credit.

 Currency

The transaction currency of the selected finance book. The currency is the currency assigned to the bank  code.

Bill of Exchange Loan Liability Account

The code identifying the Bill of Exchange Loan Liability account associated to the bank code.

Effective From Date

The date from which the Bill of Exchange Loan Liability account definition details are effective.

Expiration Date

The date till which the Bill of Exchange Loan Liability account definition details are effective.

Buyer’s Credit Liability Account

The code identifying the Buyer’s Credit Liability account associated to the bank code.

Effective From Date

The date from which the Buyer’s Credit Liability account definition details are effective.

Expiration Date

The date till which Buyer’s Credit Liability account definition details are effective.
