Delete Trust Receipt Loan Account

This page allows you to delete the Trust Receipt Loan Liability Account definition details by specifying a valid upto date. The account code will not be effective after the valid upto date. You can fetch the Bank code identifying the finance book, the code identifying the bank. The system retrieves the Trust Receipt Loan Liability Account definition details. You can specify the valid upto date and delete the account definition details.

The system deletes the account code, which will not be valid after the valid upto date. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the modification details.

Select the “Delete Trust Receipt Loan Account” link under the Delete Bank Cash Account Definition activity of the “Account Rule Definition” business component.

The “Delete Trust Receipt Loan Account” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Enter the following fields:

Finance Book	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book. All the finance books mapped to the Company are available for selection in the ascending order. The system displays the first finance book in the list by default on launch of the page.
Bank/Cash/PTT Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the bank code. All the “Active” bank codes defined in the “Bank Cash Definition” business component for which the account code has been defined in the “Create Trust Receipt Loan Liability Account Definition” are available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following:

Bank Code	The code identifying the bank.
Desc.	The textual description pertaining to the bank code.
Currency	The transaction currency of the selected finance book. The currency is the currency assigned to the bank code.

Enter the following fields:

Trust Receipt Loan Liability Account	The code identifying the Trust Receipt Loan Liability account associated to the bank code.
Trust Receipt Loan Interest Account	The code identifying the Interest account associated to the bank code.
Effective From Date	The date from which the Trust Receipt Loan Liability account definition is effective.

Enter the following field:

Valid Upto Date

The date till which the Trust Receipt Loan Liability account definition is effective (Date Format). The date entered here must be greater than the effective from date.

The valid upto date must be the end date of the financial year or the financial period. The date entered here must be less than or equal to the end date of the account code.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the bank code for deletion.
Click the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the Trust Receipt Loan Liability account definition.

The system deletes the account code, which will not be valid after the valid upto date. The system stores the login ID of the user to the Modified By and the system date to the Modified Date fields.
