This page allows you to create a loan account , loan interest account, deferred interest account and processing charges account for the party type.
Select the “Maintain Loan Account Details” link under the “Asset Financing” business component.
The “Maintain Loan Account Details” page appears.
- Clicking
this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of
the respective field.
Click “Retrieve Saved Details” pushbutton to retrieve the saved loan account details.
Enter the following fields in Default Section:
Loan Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the loan. |
Interest Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the interest. |
Deferred Interest Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the deferred interest. |
Processing Charges Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the processing charges. |
Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center against which interest account is mapped. |
Analysis Code |
The code identifying the analysis code against which interest account is mapped. |
Sub Analysis Code |
The code identifying the sub analysis code against which interest account is mapped. |
Click the "Default" pushbutton to default the above controls in the multiline:
Party Type |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of party. The combo is loaded with “Other Parties". |
Party Code |
The code identifying the type of party. |
Party Name |
The name of the party. |
Account Currency |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of currency. The combo is loaded with all the currencies mapped to the login company. |
Loan Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the loan. |
Interest Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the interest. |
Deferred Interest Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the deferred interest. |
Processing Charges Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the processing charges. |
Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center against which interest account is mapped. |
Analysis Code |
The code identifying the analysis code against which interest account is mapped. |
Sub Analysis Code |
The code identifying the sub analysis code against which interest account is mapped. |
Effective From |
The date from which the loan account details are effective. |
Effective To |
The date till which the loan account details are effective. |
Click on the "Save" push button to save the loan account details.
