This page allows you to generate repayment schedule or save the user defined repayment schedule.
Select the “Maintain Repayment Schedule” link under the “Asset Financing” business component.
The “Maintain Repayment Schedule” page appears.

this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of
the respective field.
Enter the following fields in the Loan Details:
Loan Agreement No |
The unique number identifying loan agreement. |
Description |
The description of the loan agreement. |
Sanction Date |
The date of sanction of loan agreement. |
Loan Party Type |
The type of loan party. |
Party Code |
The code identifying the party. |
Party Name |
The name of the party. |
Finance Book |
The finance book in which loan agreement is created. |
Currency |
The currency in which loan agreement is created |
Loan Amount |
The amount of loan. |
Loan Account |
The code identifying the account that is defined for the loan. |
Interest ID |
The code identifying the interest id. |
Loan Interest Account |
The code identifying the interest account. |
Cost Center |
The code identifying the cost center against which interest account is mapped. |
Analysis Code |
The code identifying the analysis code against which interest account is mapped. |
Sub Analysis Code |
The code identifying the sub analysis code against which interest account is mapped. |
Deferred Interest |
Use the drop down list box to select whether deferred interest is applicable or not. The combo would be loaded with “Yes” and “No” |
Note: The deferred interest combo would be visible when Deferred Interest is set as "Yes" in the set function parameters.
Deferred Interest Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for Deferred interest |
Deferred Interest Voucher |
The unique number identifying the journal voucher generated for accounting deferred interest. |
Note: Deferred interest Account and Deferred Interest Voucher would be visible when Deferred Interest is selected as "Yes".
Processing Charges Account |
The code identifying account that is defined for the processing charges. |
Processing Charges |
The amount of processing charges |
Processing Charges Voucher |
The unique number identifying the payment voucher |
Generate Asset Wise |
Indicates whether schedules to be generated asset wise or not. |
Select the following fields in the Payment Information:
Electronic Payment |
Use the drop down list box to select whether electronic payment can be made. The combo would be loaded with Yes and No based on the Pay Modes Applicable parameter set in the Company Parameters. |
Payment Method |
Use the drop down list box to select the method in which the payment has to be made. The combo would be loaded with Regular. |
Payment Route |
Use the drop down list box to select the way in which the payment has to be made. The combo would be loaded with Bank. |
Payment Mode |
Use the drop down list box to select the mode in which the payment has to be made. The combo would be loaded with “Check” and “ECS” when electronic payment is selected as No. When the same is selected as Yes, combo would be loaded with ABA. |
Bank Code |
Use the drop down list box to select the code identifying the bank accounts. The combo would be loaded with all the Bank codes defined in the Create Bank/ Cash Details activity. |
Bank Description |
The description of selected bank code. |
Final/Balloon Payment |
Use the drop down list box to select whether final/balloon payment is applicable for the final/balloon payment is applicable for the loan. The combo would be loaded with Yes or No. |
Final/Balloon Percentage |
The percentage for final/balloon payment. |
Final/Balloon Amount |
The amount for final/balloon payment. |
Enter the following fields in the Repayment Details:
Equated Interest/Principal |
Use the drop down list box to select whether equated interest/principal is applicable or not. The combo would be loaded with Yes and No. |
Interest Amount |
The amount of equated interest. |
Payment Frequency |
Use the drop down list box to select the payment frequency. The combo would be loaded with “Monthly”, “Half Yearly”, “Quarterly” and “Yearly”. |
Start Date |
The start date of the loan repayment schedule. |
End Date |
The end date of the loan repayment schedule. |
Repayment Option |
Use the drop down list box to select the repayment option. The combo would be loaded with “In Arrears” and “In Advance". |
No. of installments (Excl. Final/Balloon Payment) |
The no. of installments for the for loan repayment. |
Click on the “Get EMI Schedule" pushbutton to get the repayment schedule with computation details.
The system displays the following fields in the EMI Details multiline:

The number identifying the schedule. |
From Date |
The start date of the emi schedule. |
To Date |
The end date of the emi schedule. |
Principal Amount |
The amount of loan owed. |
Interest Amount |
The amount of interest on loan. |
EMI Amount |
The fixed payment amount. |
Journal Voucher No. |
The unique number identifying journal voucher |

Journal Vouchers - pop up section would open with the following details:

Click on the “Compute" pushbutton to compute the total principal, total interest, and total amount.
The system displays the following fields:
Total Principal |
The total principal amount for the selected schedules. |
Total Interest |
The total interest amount for the selected schedules. |
Total Amount |
The total amount for the selected schedules. |
Click on the “Save Details” pushbutton to save the repayment schedule details.
Click on the “Approve” pushbutton to approve the repayment schedule details.
Select the “View Loan Details” link to view the loan details.
Select the “Accounting Information” link to view the account postings.
Select the “Attach Notes” link to add comments and observations and attach documents.
Select the “Collaborate” link to record or view the observations or comments or discussions regarding the document.
