Help On Financial Calendar
This Help page allows you to search and select a financial calendar and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the financial year code, the description and the option. The system retrieves the account code based on the search criteria entered.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Year Code” field.
The “Help On Financial Calendar” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Financial Year Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the financial year code. |

Desc. |
A textual description of the financial year code (Alphanumeric, 255). |

Option |
Use the drop-down list box to select the option of the financial year that you want to retrieve. You can select from “Financial Period” and “Financial Year”. |
Click the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Financial Calendar |
The code identifying the financial calendar. |

Calendar Desc. |
A textual description of the financial description. |
|
Start Date |
The start date of the financial calendar. |
|
End Date |
The end date of the financial calendar. |
|
Status |
The status of the financial calendar. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a financial calendar.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
