This page allows you to attach a tax calendar that has been defined for the company to other companies available in the same installation. The selected calendars must be attached in a sequential order. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the attachment details.
Select the “Attach Tax Calendar” link at the bottom of the page.
The “Attach Tax Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Company Name |
The name of the company. |
Enter the following :

Tax Year Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the tax year that you want to attach. All the tax years that have been defined for the company will be available for selection in the chronological order. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
The system displays the following:

The textual description of the tax year. |

Zoom facility available |

Status |
The status of the tax year. |

Start Date |
The date on which the tax year begins. |

End Date |
The date on which the tax year ends. |
The system displays the following in the “Attach to Company” multiline:

Child Company |
The name of the child company. |

Main Tax Book Id. |
The code identifying the “Main” tax book . |
Click the “Attach Tax Calendar” pushbutton to attach the calendar to the child company.
The system saves the tax year details along with the selected company and tax book. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the attachment details.
