Help on Finance Book

This page allows you to select a Finance Book / External Enterprise ID for inclusion in a reporting structure .
Select the following fields :-

Select the check box if you want to include Finance Book in the Reporting Structure. |
Click on the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the Finance Book Information.
The following information will be displayed in the “Search Results” multiline:

The code Identifying the Finance Book. |

Description |
The textual description of the Finance Book . |
Select the check box in the multiline to select the required Finance Book/External Enterprise ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The details are transferred to the required page.
