Help For Link ID – Item Details

This Help page allows you to search and select a Link ID – item details and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the relational operators and the values of the link ID – Item details. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Item” field.
The “Help For Link ID – Item Details” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Fields Caption |
The name identifying the field caption. |
Enter the following fields:

Rel. Operators |
Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator to select the item variant. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “!=”. The system displays “=” for the “Physical Element Type” field and “Like” for other fields by default on launch of the page. |

Value(s) |
The values to be searched. The “Physical Element Type” field is set to the value selected in the main page. |

Value(s) |
The values to be searched. Enter value in this field when you select the “Between” relational operator to search for a range of values. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Criteria” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Link ID |
The code identifying the link of the item details. |

Item |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Variant |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Item Type |
The type of item selected. |
|
Description |
A textual description of the item variant. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the link ID – Item Details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
