This page allows you to attach the textual notes relating to the customer transfers. You can also view the exiting information relating to the notes for the document number, if the information is available already in the system.
Select the “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the “Payment Information” or the “Payment Schedule” pages.
The “Attach Notes” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Doc. No. |
The number identifying the selected document. The system displays the details in all the fields (If any Available) for the document number. |

Status |
The status of the document. It can be “Draft” or “Fresh”. |

Enter the following fields in the “Notes Details” group box:

Notes For |
Use the drop-down list box to select the notes for. The system defaults the field with "Customer balance transfer" on launch of the page. You can select from the options: "Customer balance transfer", "Adjustment" or "Receipts" |

Standard Notes ID. |
A code identifying the note (Alphanumeric, 18) Mandatory. |

Desc. |
Textual description relating to the standard notes ID (Alphanumeric, 100). |
Click the “Save Standard Notes” pushbutton to save the standard notes entered.
Enter the following edit box.

Notes |
The textual notes as required. The system displays the available notes if any (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Click the “”Attach Notes” pushbutton to attach the notes entered.
The system saves the following details against the Document Number: "Notes for", "Standard Notes Id", "Standard Notes description corresponding to that ID", and "Notes"
