Click the lens icon next to the “Table Name” field in the “Specify Columns” page.
The “Help on Table and Columns” page appears.
View Display Name |
The name of the view, as it appears in the “Inquiries” activity. |
View Type |
The type of the view, which could be “Adhoc”, “Audit” or “Report”. |
View Access |
The access type of the view, which could be “Public” or “Private”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Available Tables and Columns” multiline:
Table Name |
The name of the table, for the selected view. |
Column Name |
The name of the column, for the selected view. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the required table and column.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
