Click the lens icon next to the “Table Name” field in the “Specify Tables” page.
The “Help on Tables” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
View Display Name |
The name of the view, as it appears in the “Inquiries” activity. |
View Type |
The type of the view, which could be “Adhoc”, “Audit” or “Report”. |
Access |
The access type of the view. It can be either “Public” or “Private”. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a table.
Table Name |
The name of the table (Alphanumeric, 255). You can enter the name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the tables, with the table name entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the tables, irrespective of the table name. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the available tables.
The system displays the following fields in the “Available Tables” multiline:
Table Name |
The name of the table. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to mark the table required.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
