This page allows you view the exceptions itemwise after conducting the rollup. You can view details of a particular item and view the exceptions on that item. In the exceptions table you can view the item details, the process of rollup conducted and the exception type. This page also allows you to print the exceptions item-wise.
Select the “View Exceptions” link at the bottom of the “Perform Rollup” page.
The “View Exceptions” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Request ID. |
The number identifying the request of the rollup. |

Status |
The status of the request. It could be “Exploded with Errors”, “Routing with Errors”, “Rolled-up with errors” |
|
Valid From Date |
The date from which the rolled up is valid. |
|
Item Org. Unit |
The organization unit from where items are selected for rollup. |
|
Include Scrap Factors |
The values showing whether the scrap factors are included. |
|
Cost Type |
It could be the values predefined, ‘Standard rates’ or other rates defined in the “CSET Component”. |
|
Rollup Option |
The type of rollup option chosen for the rollup. It could be “Single Level” or “Multi Level”. |
|
Process |
The process, which is executed on the costs. It could be “Explosion”, “Processing ”, “Rollup” and “All”. |
The system displays the following in the “Exceptions” group box:

Root Item Variant |
The code identifying the root item variant. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Item Variant |
The code identifying the item variant. |
|
Process |
The process where the exception occurred. It could be “Explosion”, “Process Costs Calculation”, “Rollup” and “All”. |

Exception Type |
The exception description. |

PS No . |
The number identifying the product structure of the root item where the error was encountered. |

PP No. |
The number identifying the process plan of the root item where the error was encountered. |
Click on the “Print Exceptions” push button to print the exceptions.
The system prints the exceptions details available on this page.
