This page allows you to retrieve the details of the clearance permits that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the clearance permit number, the reason for which it is created, the login ID of the user who has created the permit, the status, the period for which the clearance permit is valid and the date on which the clearance permit was created. Details such as clearance permit, the reason for which clearance permit is created, the date on which it was created, the login ID and the name of the user who created the clearance permit, the period for which the clearance permit is valid and the status are displayed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “From Clearance Permit” field in the main screen.
The “Help On Clearance Permit” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a clearance permit:

Clearance Permit |
The clearance permit to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter a clearance permit in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance permits, which are similar to the clearance permit entered here. |

Reason |
The reason for which the clearance permit is created (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the reason in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance permits, which are created for reasons similar to the reason entered here. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the clearance permit (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the login ID in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance permits that are created by users whose login IDs are similar to the login ID entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve clearance permits based on status. The system provides the options: “Fresh, “Approved”, ”Canceled”, “Rejected”, “Waitforext”, “Extrejected”, “Extended”, “Returned” and “Closed”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance permits belonging to all the statuses. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Permit Validity Date” field to retrieve clearance permits based on the dates for which the clearance permit is valid:

From |
The date from which the clearance permit is valid (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which the clearance permit is valid (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Enter the following fields in the “CP Date” field to retrieve clearance permits based on the dates within which the clearance permits were created:

To |
The date till which you wish to retrieve the clearance permits that are created (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the clearance permit to be edited.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
