Using Online Help

This page allows you to retrieve the details of the clearance requests/work orders/inspection orders/calibration orders that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the type of the document, the number of the document, the status, the reason for which it is created, the maintainable object on which the document is created, the login ID of the user who created the document, the status and the period for which the document is created. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the reference documents.

The “Help On Reference Document” page appears.

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the document that you wish to retrieve. The system provides the options: “Clearance Request”, “Work order”, “Calibration Order” and “Inspection Order”

Ref. Doc. No.

The number of the document that must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the documents, whose numbers are similar to the one entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the documents based on their status. The system fills in this field based on the option that you have selected in the “Ref Doc Type” field. If you have selected,

  • Clearance Request – The system fills in “Fresh” and “Accepted”.

  • Work Order – The system fills in “Scheduled” and “In Progress”.

  • Calibration Order – The system fills in “Fresh”.

  • Inspection Order – The system fills in “Fresh” and “In Progress”.

Ref. Doc. On

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve documents that were created on a piece of equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location (Alphanumeric, 30).

Desc.

 

The description for which the document is created (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all documents whose descriptions are similar to the one entered here.

From

The starting date from which you wish to retrieve the documents that are created (Date Format).

To

The date till which you wish to retrieve the documents are created (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field.

Created By

 

The login ID of the user who s created the Ref Doc (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the login ID in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all documents that are created by users whose login IDs are similar to the login ID entered here.

 

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The reference document retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the document.

Date

The date on which the document is created.

Created By

The login ID of the user who raised the document.

Name

The name of the user who created the document.

Status

The status of the document.

Ref. Doc. On

The maintainable object on which the reference document was created.

Code

The equipment or location for which the document was raised.
