This page allows you to view the safety procedure that is attached to the clearance permit. The safety procedure enumerates the hazards that are likely to occur while carrying out the maintenance work as well as the precautions that must be taken to ward off the hazard.
Select the “View Safety Procedure” link from the bottom of the “View Clearance Permit” page.
The “View Safety Procedure” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Clearance Permit |
The clearance permit for which the attached safety procedure is displayed. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Hazard” multiline:

Hazard |
The hazard that is likely to occur while carrying out the maintenance work on the equipment or location. |

Desc. |
The description of the hazard. |

Hazard Type |
The type of the hazard. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the hazard. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the hazard for which you wish to view the precautions.
Click the “Show Precautions” pushbutton.
The system displays the following field:

Precautions |
The precaution that must be taken for preventing the selected hazard. |

Any additional information about the precaution. |

The login ID of the user who created the clearance permit. |

The date and time at which the clearance permit was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the clearance permit. |

The date and time at which the clearance permit was last modified. |
