Clearance Permit

The clearance permit to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

Clearance Permit

The clearance permit to be edited (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter a clearance permit in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance permits which are similar to the clearance permit entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve clearance permits based on its status. The system provides the options: “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Rejected”, “ExtRejected”, “Extended”, “Returned”, “WaitForExt”, Canceled” and “Closed”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance permits irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default

Created By

The employee ID of the user who created the clearance permit (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the employee ID in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance permits that are raised by users whose employee IDs are similar to the employee ID entered here.

Reason

The reason for which the clearance permit is raised (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the reason in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all clearance permits, which are raised for reasons similar to the reason entered here.

CP On

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintainable object on which the clearance permit was raised. The system provides the options “Equipment” or “Location”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance permits raised on both equipment and location.

Code

The equipment or location code for which the clearance permits were raised (Alphanumeric, 30).

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve clearance permits raised based on a reference document. The system provides the options “Clearance Request”, “Calibration Order”, “Inspection Order” and “Work Order”. Leave the field blank to retrieve clearance permits raised irrespective of the reference documents.

The number of the reference document based on which the clearance permit was raised (Alphanumeric, 18).

Get Ref. Doc. Details

Check this box to retrieve the clearance permit along with the details of the reference document based on which the clearance permit was created.

Get Eqp./Loc. Details

Check this box to retrieve the clearance permit along with the details of the equipment or location for which the clearance permit was created.

From

The date from which the clearance permit is valid (Date Format).

To

The date till which the clearance permit is valid (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field.

From

The starting date from which you wish to retrieve the clearance permits that are created (Date Format).

To

The date till which you wish to retrieve the clearance permits that are created (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field.

Based on the search criteria entered the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Clearance Permit

The clearance permit retrieved by the system.

Reason

The reason for which the clearance permit is created.

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the clearance permit.

Name

The name of the user who s created the clearance permit. Name of the user will be retrieved only if this user login ID has been mapped to an Employee code in the “Create Roles and Rights Activity”.

Created Date

The date on which the clearance permit was created.

Valid From

The starting date from which the clearance permit is valid.

Valid To

The date till which the clearance permit is valid.

Status

The status of the clearance permit which can be “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Rejected”, “ExtRejected”, “Extended”, “Returned”, “WaitForExt”, Canceled” and “Closed”.

Short Closed

Indicates whether the clearance permit is short closed.

CP On

The “Equipment” or “Location” for which the clearance permit was raised.

Code

The equipment or location code.

Ref. Doc. Type

The reference document based on which the clearance permit was created. It can be a “Work Order”, “Inspection Order”, “Calibration Order” or a “Clearance Request”.
