This page allows you to view the details of the clearance permits that are raised based on a work. Tell me more.
Select the “Where Used Clearance Request” link from the bottom of the “View Clearance Request” page.
The “Where Used Clearance Request” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “View Details By” group box:

Ref. Doc. Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the document for which you wish to view the clearance permits that have been raised. The system provides the options: “Work Order”, “Insp. Order”, “Calib. Order” and “Clearance Request”. The system displays “Clearance Request”, by default. |

The number of the reference document for which the clearance request has been raised (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following fields in the “CP Details” multiline:

Clearance Permit |
The clearance permit that has been raised based on the document. |

Ref. Doc. |
The document based on which clearance permit is raised. |
|
Ref. Doc. Type |
The type of the document, which can be a work order, inspection order or calibration order. |

Permit Type |
The type of the permit. |
|
Status |
The status of the permit that has been raised. |
|
Valid From |
The starting date from which the clearance permit is valid. |

Time |
The starting time from which the clearance permit is valid. |
|
To |
The date till which the clearance permit is valid. |
|
Time |
The time till which the clearance permit is valid. |
|
Reason |
The reason for which the clearance permit is raised. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the clearance permit for which you wish to view the details.

Viewing clearance permits raised for a particular reference document type – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the clearance permits that are raised based on a work order, calibration order or inspection order. You can enter a work order, inspection order, calibration order or clearance request in this page and view the details of clearance permits that are raised based on it.
The system displays the following details of the clearance permits that are raised:
The clearance permit that is raised based on the work order, inspection order or calibration order.
The type of the permit that has been raised.
The status of the clearance permit.
The period for which the clearance permit is valid.
The reason for which the permit has been raised.
