This page allows you to view the details of the clearance permits that are raised based on a work. Tell me more.

The “Where Used Clearance Request” page appears.

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the document for which you wish to view the clearance permits that have been raised. The system provides the options: “Work Order”, “Insp. Order”, “Calib. Order” and “Clearance Request”. The system displays “Clearance Request”, by default.

Ref. Doc. No.

The number of the reference document for which the clearance request has been raised (Alphanumeric, 30).

The system retrieves the following fields in the “CP Details” multiline:

Clearance Permit

The clearance permit that has been raised based on the document.

Ref. Doc.

The document based on which clearance permit is raised.

Ref. Doc. Type

The type of the document, which can be a work order, inspection order or calibration order.

Permit Type

The type of the permit.

Status

The status of the permit that has been raised.

Valid From

The starting date from which the clearance permit is valid.

Time

The starting time from which the clearance permit is valid.

To

The date till which the clearance permit is valid.

Time

The time till which the clearance permit is valid.

Reason

The reason for which the clearance permit is raised.
