This page allow you to select in this page, the user group for viewing. Tell me more.
Select the “View Roles And Rights” link under the “EAM Clearance Permit System” business component.
The “Select Group” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box if you are aware of the user group to be viewed:

Group No. |
The group number to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the “View User Rights” link provided alongside, to view the details of the group.
To search for a user group
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to carry out a search for the user group:

Group No. |
The group to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all user groups, which are similar to the user group entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the user group (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all user groups whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve user groups based on the status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve user groups irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |

Group Type |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve user groups based on the group type. The system fills in this field with all the group types that have been defined in the “Maintain User Defined Field” activity and which are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve user groups irrespective of the group type. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The type of the group. |

Status |
The status of the group which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Selecting the user group for viewing - An overview
You can select in this page, the user group for viewing. You can enter the user group directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the group, its description, the status and the type of the group. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the user groups for viewing.
