Select the “View Roles” link from the bottom of the “View User Groups” page.
The “View Roles” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Group No. |
The number of the group for which rights must be defined. The description of the group number. Zoom facility available. |

Group Type |
The type of the group. |

The system displays the following fields in the “Eqp./Loc. Details” multiline: |

Rights On |
The maintainable object on which the rights are specified. The system displays “Equipment”, “Location” or “Loc Including Eqp”. |

Code |
The code of the equipment or location for which the rights have been defined. |

Desc. |
The description of the maintainable object. |

All Rights for All Permit Types |
Indicates whether rights are given for all the permit types. The system displays “Yes” or “No”. |

Permit Type |
The type of the permit for which rights are assigned. |

Process Request ? |
Indicates whether the right to process a clearance request is available to the user group. |

Approve / Extend Permit ? |
Indicates whether the right to approve or extend a clearance permit is available to the user group. |

Close Permit ? |
Indicates whether the right to close a permit is available for the specified user group. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the user roles and rights. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the user roles and rights were created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who s last modified the user roles and rights. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the user roles and rights were last modified. |
Viewing rights assigned to the user group – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the rights that are assigned to the user group. You can view the rights that are assigned to a piece of equipment or location for a specific permit type. The system displays the following rights:
The right to process a clearance request
The right to approve or extend the clearance permit
The right to close a clearance permit.
