Viewing values for user-defined fields

View User Defined Fields

This activity allows you to view the values that are defined for the user-defined fields. Tell me more.

Select the “View User Defined Fields” link under the “EAM Clearance Permit System” business component.

The “View User Defined Fields” page appears.

Enter the following field:

User Def Field Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the field for which you wish to view the user-defined values. The system provides the following options:
	Group Type – Select this option if you wish to view the values defined for a group type.
	Proc Type (LOTO P) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for lockout or tagout procedure types.
	Proc Category (LOTO P) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for lockout or tagout procedure categories.
	Proc Type (SP) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for safety procedure types.
	Proc Cat (SP) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for safety procedure categories.
	User Defined (CP) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for the user-defined field in the clearance permit.
	User Defined (CR) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for the user-defined field in clearance request.
	User Def (Hazards) – Select this option if you wish to view values defined for the user-defined field in hazards.
	Category – Select this option if you wish to view the values defined for clearance permit categories.
	Work Completed Type – Select this option if you wish to view the values defined for various stages of completion of maintenance work.

Based on the option selected in the “User Def. Field Type” field, the system displays the following fields in the “User Defined Details” multiline:

Seq. No.	The sequence in which the user-defined value should be listed in other activities where the value is used.
User Defined Value	The identifier for the user-defined value
Desc.	The textual description of the user-defined value.
Status	The status of the user-defined value, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Remarks	Any additional information about the user-defined value.
Created By	The login ID of the user who created the user-defined value.
Created Date	The date on which the user-defined value was created.
Created Time	The time at which the user-defined value was created.
Last Mod. By	The login ID of the user, who last modified the user-defined value.
Last Mod. Date	The date and time at which the user-defined value was last modified.
Last Mod. Time	The time at which the user-defined value was last modified.
