This page allows you to retrieve an activity. You can carry out the search using the activity, its description and status. The system displays details such as the activity, its description, status and remarks.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Activity” field in the main screen.
The “Help On Activity” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to carry out a search for the activity:

Activity |
The activity to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the activity in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all activities which are similar to the activity entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the activity (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all activities with similar descriptions. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve activities based on the status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve activities irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Activity |
The activity retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The description of the activity. |
|
Status |
The status of the activity, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the activity. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the activity.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
