This page allows you to retrieve a lockout or a tagout procedure. You can carry out the search using the procedure, its description and status. The system displays details such as the lockout or tagout procedure, its description and status.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Lockout/Tagout Procedure” field in the main screen.
The “Help On LOTO Procedure” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to carry out a search for the procedure:

Procedure |
The lockout or tagout procedure to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the activity in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all procedures which are similar to the procedure entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the lockout or tagout procedure (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all procedures with similar descriptions. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve procedures based on the status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve procedures irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Procedure |
The lockout or tagout procedure retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The description of the procedure. |
|
Status |
The status of the procedure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the procedure.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
