This page allows you to retrieve a safety procedure. You can carry out the search using the safety procedure, its description and status. The system displays details such as the safety procedure, its description and status. Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Safety Procedure” field in the main screen.
The “Help On Safety Procedure” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to carry out a search for the procedure:

Safety Procedure |
The safety procedure to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the procedure in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all safety procedures, which are similar to the safety procedure entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the safety procedure (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all safety procedures with similar descriptions. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve safety procedures based on the status. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve safety procedures irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Safety Procedure |
The safety procedure retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The description of the safety procedure. |

Status |
The status of the safety procedure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the safety procedure.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
