This page allows you to view the details of a hazard. Tell me more.
Select the “View Hazard Master” link in the “Select Hazard” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked hazard from the multiline of the same page.
The “View Hazard Master” page appears.
Enter the following field, if you wish to view a hazard other than the hazard selected in the “Select Hazard” page.

Hazard |
The hazard that must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the hazard. The description of the hazard is retrieved alongside. |

Hazard Type |
The type of the hazard. |

Status |
The status of the hazard which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

User Defined |
Information defined by the user. |
The system displays following fields in the “Precautions” multiline:

Precautions |
The precautions that must be taken to prevent loss due to the hazard |
|
Remarks |
Any additional information regarding the precaution. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user created the hazard. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the hazard was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the hazard. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the hazard was last modified. |
Viewing hazard master – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of a hazard. You can view the details of the hazard such as the hazard, its description, the hazard type, status and any other user-defined information. You can also view the precautions that must be taken to prevent the hazard and any other additional information about the precaution.
