View Lock Out / Tag Out Procedure

This page allows you to view the details of a lockout or tagout procedure that is already defined. You can view the details of the procedure such as the procedure, its description, status, type, category and the activities that must be performed as a part of the procedure.
Select the “View LOTO Procedure” link in the “Select Lock Out / Tag Out Procedure” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked procedure in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Lock Out / Tag Out Procedure” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view a procedure other than the procedure selected in the previous page:

Procedure |
The lockout or tagout procedure to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the procedure. The description of the procedure is retrieved alongside. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following fields:

Status |
The status of the procedure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Procedure Category |
The category of the procedure. |
|
Procedure Type |
The type of the procedure. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Activities” multiline:

Seq. No. |
The order in which the activities must be performed. |
|
Activity |
The activity that must performed as a part of the lockout or tagout procedure |

Desc. |
The description of the activity. |
|
Activity On |
The maintainable object on which the activity must be performed. The system displays “Equipment”, “Location” or “Others”. |
|
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location on which the activity must be performed |
|
Desc. |
The description of the equipment or location (Alphanumeric, 150). |
|
Lockout / Tagout |
Indicates whether the procedure that must be performed is a lockout or a tagout procedure. |

No. Of Tags |
The number of tags that must be displayed in case of a tagout procedure. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the procedure. |
|
Created Date |
The date and time at which the procedure was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the procedure. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the procedure was last modified. |
