Viewing safety procedure

This page allows you to view the details of the selected safety procedure. Tell me more.

Select the “View Safety Procedure” link in the “Select Procedure” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked safety procedure from the multiline of the same page.

The “View Safety Procedure” page appears.

Enter the following field if you wish to view a safety procedure other than the safety procedure selected in the “Select Procedure” page.

Safety Procedure	The safety procedure to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the safety procedure. The description of the safety procedure is retrieved alongside.
	Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields:

Procedure Category	The category of the procedure.
Procedure Type	The type of the procedure.
Status	The status of the safety procedure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

The system displays the hazards that are specified for the safety procedure in the “Hazard” multiline:

Hazard	The hazard specified as a part of the safety procedure
Desc.	The description of the hazard.
Hazard Type	The type of the hazard.
Remarks	Any additional information about the hazard.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the hazard for which you wish to view the precautions.
Click the “Show Precautions” pushbutton.

The system displays the following field:

Hazard

The hazard for which precautions are retrieved.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Precautions” multiline:

Precautions	The precautions that must be taken for preventing the selected hazard.
Remarks	Any additional information about the precaution.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the safety procedure.
Created Date	The date and time at which the procedure was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the safety procedure.
Last Modified Date	The date and time at which the safety procedure was last modified.

Viewing safety procedure – An overview

This page allows you to view the details of the selected safety procedure. You can view the details of a safety procedure that is selected from the “Select Procedure” page. You can also enter a safety procedure in this page and view its details. The system displays the details of the safety procedure, such as the procedure, its description, status, category, type and the hazards that belong to the safety procedure.
