This page allows you to retrieve the details of calibration schedules that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the calibration schedule number, its description, status, the equipment on which calibration must be done, the work group responsible for calibration, the calibration type and the task or procedure that must be performed as a part of the calibration. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the calibration schedules.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Calib. Sch. No.” field in the main screen.
The “Help On Calibration Schedule” page appears.

Calib. Sch. No |
The number of the calibration schedule that must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules, with similar numbers. |

Desc. |
The description of the calibration schedule (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules with similar description. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve calibration schedules based on their status. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration schedules irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Eqp. |
The identifier of the equipment on which the calibration schedule was created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules that have been raised on equipment whose codes are similar to the code entered here. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the calibration (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all calibration schedules, which must be carried out by work groups similar to the work group entered here. |

Calib. Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the calibration for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system fills in all calibration types that have been defined in the “Define Calibration Types” activity and are in the “Active” and “Inactive” statuses. Leave the filed blank to retrieve calibration schedules irrespective of the type. |

Task/Proc. |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the task or procedure, which must be performed as a part of the calibration. The system provides the options: “Task” and “SP”. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration schedules on which tasks and procedures must be performed. The system displays leaves the field blank, by default. |

Code |
The task or procedure, which must be performed as a part of the calibration (Alphanumeric, 30). If you have specified “Task” in the “Task/SP” drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a task in this field. If you have specified “SP” in the drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a procedure in this field. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the calibration schedule.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
