This page allows you to define fixed schedules for carrying out the calibration on equipment. Tell me more.
Select the “Fixed Schedules” link from the bottom of the “Create Calibration Schedule” page.
The “Fixed Schedule” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
|
Calib. Sch. No. |
The calibration schedule number for which fixed schedules must be defined. |
|
The description of the schedule is displayed alongside.
|
Zoom facility available
|
Equipment |
The equipment for which calibration must be done. |
|
The description of the equipment is displayed alongside when you click the “Edit” pushbutton.
|
Zoom facility available |
Enter the following fields in the “Fixed Date Sch.” multiline:
|
Date |
The date on which the calibration must be performed (Date Format). Ensure that the date is the current date or a future date. Also ensure that the date is unique to the multiline. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional information about the schedule (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Enter the following fields in the “Fixed Usage Sch.” multiline:
|
Parameter |
The parameter based on which the calibration must be performed on the equipment (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the parameter is already defined as a consumption parameter in the “Create Parameter” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component and is in the “Active” status. Also ensure that the parameter is attached to the equipment in the “Create Parameter” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component. |
|
Help facility available
|
Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the unit of measurement of the parameter in the “UOM” column. |
The system displays the following field:
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. |
Enter the following fields:
|
Value |
The value of the parameter at which the calibration must be done on the equipment (Decimal). Ensure that the value is a positive number. Also ensure that the value is greater than the present value of the parameter as on the current date. |
Note: Ensure that the parameter – value combination is unique to the multiline.
|
Latest By Date |
The latest date by which the calibration must be performed (Date Format). Ensure that the date is not a past date. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional information about the parameter (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Click the “Edit” pushbutton to save the details of the fixed schedules.
Note: The system saves the details of the schedules and displays the “UOM” field in the multiline.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:
|
Created By |
The login ID of the user who defined the schedule. |
|
Created Date |
The date and time at which the schedule was defined. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the schedule was last modified. |
Defining fixed schedules – An overview
This page allows you to define fixed schedules for carrying out the calibration on equipment. Fixed schedules are used for carrying out one-time execution of calibration job on a specific date or parameter value.
Fixed schedules can be of two types:
Fixed Date Schedules
Fixed Date Schedules are used for carrying out one-time execution of calibration on a specific date. Multiple fixed dates can be specified in one calibration schedule.
Fixed Usage Schedules
Fixed Usage Schedules are used for carrying out one-time execution of calibration on a specific parameter value. Multiple values for multiple parameters can be specified in one calibration schedule.
You can specify the following details for defining a fixed schedule:
If the schedule is a fixed date schedule, then the date on which the calibration must be carried out and any additional information about the schedule
If the schedule is a fixed usage schedule, then the parameter based on which the schedule is due, parameter value at which calibration must be carried out, the latest date by which the calibration must be carried out and any other additional information about the schedule
