Editing calibration schedule – An overview
This page allows you to edit the details of an existing calibration schedule. You can modify the calibration schedule that is selected from the previous page. You can also directly enter a schedule in this page and edit its details. You can modify the following details of the calibration schedule:
The description of the schedule
The equipment on which the calibration must be carried out
The task or procedure that must be carried out as a part of the calibration
The status and the type of the schedule
The lead-time that is required for the generation of the calibration orders
You can modify the following details of the work orders that are raised for carrying out the calibration:
The type, priority, category and status of the work order
Whether clearance from production is required for carrying out the work order
The type of the clearance that is required for carrying out the work order
The system modifies the calibration schedule and records the login ID of the user who modified the schedule as well as the date and time at which the schedule was modified.
“Create Equipment” under “Equipment Induction” business component
“Create Task” or “Create Procedure” under “Task” business component
“Create Work Group” under “Work Group” business component
Specify whether clearance is required or not for carrying out the calibration
Specify whether clearance is required or not for carrying out the calibration
You can specify whether clearance from specific authorities is required for carrying out the work order that is raised based on the calibration schedule.
Set the “Clearance” field as “Required” if clearance is required.
Set the “Clearance” field as “Not Required” if clearance is not required.
If clearance is required, the system automatically generates a clearance request or clearance permit, based on the option that is set in the “Option Settings” activity of the “Clearance Permit” business component, for carrying out the calibration order. This is done when a calibration order, based on the calibration schedule, is generated.
