Reviewing the calibration forecast – An overview

This page allows you to review the forecast that is already done. You can review the forecast that is selected in the previous page, or you can directly enter a forecast review number in this page and review it. The system displays the details of the search criteria based on which the forecast was done and also retrieves the following details of the forecast:

Note: If a calibration schedule is due to be performed on multiple days during the foreast period, the system displays each due date as separate rows in the multiline.

You are also provided with the option of refreshing the forecast details with any changes that have taken place during the forecast period. The following example explains the need for refreshing a forecast:

Current Date 04/10/2002

Forecast Period 04/01/2002 to 04/30/2002

Date on which forecast was done 03/31/2002

Calibration orders for carrying out the calibration could have been generated and closed during the intervening period of 04/01/2002 to 04/10/2002 and the next due date of the calibration would change accordingly. You can view this change in the forecast review only if you refresh the forecast. You can then save the refreshed forecast review, if necessary.
