Select the “Fixed Schedules” link in the “View Calibration Schedule” page. Alternatively select the hyperlinked calibration schedule number in the multiline of the same page.
The “Fixed Schedule” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The calibration schedule number for which fixed schedules must be viewed. |

The equipment for which calibration must be carried out. |

The date on which the calibration must be performed. |

Any additional information about the schedule. |

Calib. Order No. |
The last calibration order that was raised for carrying out the calibration on the date specified in the “Date” field. |

Calib. Order Date |
The date on which the last calibration order was generated for carrying out calibration for this schedule. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Fixed Usage Sch.” multiline:

Parameter |
The parameter based on which the calibration must be performed on the equipment. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. |

Value |
The value of the parameter at which the calibration must be carried out on the equipment. |

Latest By Date |
The latest date by which the calibration must be performed. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the parameter. |

The last calibration order that was raised for carrying out calibration for the parameter value specified in the “Value” field. |

The date on which the last calibration order was raised. |

Viewing fixed schedules – An overview
|

This page allows you to view the fixed schedules that have already being defined.
If you have defined a calendar-based schedule you can view the date on which the calibration is due on the equipment or location. If you have defined a usage-based schedule, you can view the parameter, the value of the parameter at which the calibration must be done, the latest date by which the calibration must be carried out and any other additional information about the schedule.
