This page allows you to view the details of the interval schedules that are already defined. Tell me more.

The “Interval Schedule” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Calib. Sch. No.

The calibration schedule number for which intervals must be viewed.

The description of the calibration is displayed alongside.

Zoom facility available

Equipment

The equipment for which calibration must be done.

The description of the equipment is displayed alongside.

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields in the “Calendar Based” group box:

Interval

The period after which the calibration must be carried out on the equipment.

Interval Unit

Indicates the unit of the interval. The system displays “Days”, “Weeks”, “Months” or “Years”.

Interval Type

Indicates whether the interval is a fixed interval or an actual interval. The system displays any one of the following:

  • Fixed Interval – Indicates if calibration must be carried out on equipment or location after the specified period in the “Interval” field has lapsed, irrespective of whether the previous calibration is completed or not.

  • Actual Interval – Indicates if calibration must be carried out on equipment or location after the specified period in the “Interval” field has lapsed and only after the calibration is completed.

The system displays the following field:

Next Due Date

The date on which the next calibration is due to be performed on the equipment. The system displays the next due date only if “Fixed Interval” is displayed in the “Interval Type” field.

Extended Date

The date on which you wish to start the calibration.

Adjust Next Due Date?

Indicates whether you wish to adjust the subsequent dates on which calibration must be carried out based on the date entered in the “Extended Date” field. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Last CO Generated

The last work order that has been generated for carrying out calibration.

Last CO Sch. Start Date

The date on which the last calibration order was scheduled to start.

Last CO Closing Date

The date on which the last calibration work order was scheduled to close.

The system displays the following fields in the “Interval Based Usage Sch.” multiline:

Parameter

The parameter based on which the calibration must be done on the equipment or location.

Interval

The value of the parameter after which calibration must be carried out.

Interval Unit

The unit of measurement of the parameter.

Next Due Value

The value of the parameter at which the next calibration on the equipment is due.

Extended Value

The value of the parameter at which you wish to carry out the calibration on the equipment.

Adjust Next New Value?

Indicates whether you wish to adjust the subsequent parameter values on which calibration must be carried out based on the value entered in the “Extended Value” field. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Last CO No.

The number of the last calibration order that was raised for carrying out the calibration.

Value At Last CO

The parameter value at which the last calibration order was raised for carrying out calibration on the equipment/location.

Date Of Last CO

The date on which the last calibration order was raised on the equipment.

Value at Last Meter Reset

The parameter value as on the last meter reset.

The system displays the following fields in the “Execution Option” group box:

Calendar and Usage Sch. Independently

If this button is clicked, it indicates that calibration orders are generated for the calendar-based schedule and for every parameter in the usage-based schedules.

Calendar OR Usage Sch. whichever earlier

If this button is clicked, it indicates that calibration orders are generated for the earliest of the calendar-based or the usage-based schedules.

Calendar and whichever

If this button is clicked, it indicates that calibration orders are generated for the calendar-based schedule and for the earliest of the parameters in the usage-based schedules.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the schedule was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the schedule was last modified.

Viewing interval schedules of the calibration schedule – An overview

This page allows you to view the details of the interval schedules that are already defined.

If you have defined a calendar-based schedule, you can view the time interval after which the calibration is due to be performed, the unit of the time interval and the type of the interval. If the type of the interval is “Fixed”, you can view the extended date on which you wish to start the calibration and whether the next due dates for the calibration are adjusted based on the extended date. You can also view the details of the last calibration order that has been generated for carrying out the calibration.

If you have defined a usage-based schedule, you can view the parameter based on which the calibration must be carried out, the parameter value after which the calibration is due and the parameter value at which the next calibration is due to be performed. You can also view the extended value at which the calibration must be carried out, whether the values at which the next calibration must be performed is adjusted based on the extended value, and the details of the last calibration order that has been raised for carrying out the calibration.
