This page allows you to view the period for which calibration need not be carried out on equipment or location. Tell me more.

The “Off-Seasonal” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Calib. Sch. No.

The calibration schedule number for which off-seasonal dates must be defined.

 

The description of the schedule is displayed alongside.

Equipment

The equipment for which calibration must be carried out.

 

The description of the equipment is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following fields in the “Off-Season” multiline:

From Date

The starting date from which calibration need not carried out on the equipment.

To Date

The date till which calibration need not be carried out on the equipment.

Annual Recurring

Indicates whether calibration need not be carried out between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields for every year or only for the current year. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Remarks

Any additional information about the period that is defined as off-seasonal.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who defined the off-seasonal dates.

Created Date

The date and time at which the off-seasonal dates were defined.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the off-seasonal dates.

Last Modified Date

Viewing the period for which calibration need not be carried out – An overview

This page allows you to view the period for which calibration need not be carried out on equipment or location. This period is otherwise referred to as “Off-Seasonal” period. You can view the off-seasonal period, such as the start and the end dates of the off-season, whether the off-seasonal period is applicable only to the current or every year and any additional information about specifying the period as off-seasonal.
