Viewing calibration order

This page allows you to view the calibration orders. Tell me more.

Select the “View Calibration Order” link from the “View Calibration Order” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked calibration order in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Calibration Order” page appears.

If you wish to view a calibration order other than the calibration order selected in the previous page, enter the following field

Calib. Order	The calibration order you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the calibration order.

The system retrieves the following details of the calibration order.

Date	The date on which the calibration was done on the equipment.
Status	The status of the calibration order which can be “Fresh”, “Closed” or “Cancelled”.
Desc.	The description of the calibration order.

Eqp.	The equipment for which calibration is done.
	The description of the equipment is displayed alongside.

Task/Proc.	Indicates if a task or standard procedure is attached to the calibration order.
Code	The identifier of the task or the standard procedure that is attached to the calibration order.
	The description of the task or standard procedure is displayed alongside.

Calib. Type	The type of the calibration order.
Priority	The priority or the level of importance assigned to the calibration order.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for executing the calibration order.
Calib. Sch. Date	The date on which the calibration is scheduled on the equipment.
Actual Calib. Date	The date on which the equipment is actually calibrated.
Last Calib. Valid Till	The date till which the last calibration done on the equipment is valid.
Comments	Any additional information about the calibration order.

Calibrated By	The login ID of the user who raised the calibration order.

The system retrieves the parameters for which calibration is done on the equipment in the “Calib. Details” multiline:

Parameter	The parameter for which the equipment must be checked for calibration
Type	The type of the parameter, which can be “Attribute”, “Consumption” or “Range”.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the consumption or range parameter.
Set Point	The value of the parameter at which the calibration must be done on the equipment.
Pre Calib.	The reading on the equipment before calibrating.
Post Calib.	The reading on the equipment after calibrating.
Master Instrument Type	Indicates whether internal or external equipment is used as the master equipment for calibration.
Master Instrument	The equipment to be used as the master equipment for calibration.
UL Of Tolerance	The upper limit of the tolerance range that can be allowed for the equipment to be calibrated.
LL Of Tolerance	The lower limit of the tolerance range that can be allowed for the equipment to be calibrated.
Calib. Date	The date on which the calibration is done.
Calibrated By	The login ID of the user who calibrated the equipment.
Calib. Result	The result of the calibration which can be “Pass” or “Fail”. The system displays “Pass”, if the value displayed in the “Post Calibration” field falls within the range displayed between the values displayed in the “UL of Tolerance” and the “LL of Tolerance” fields. If the value falls beyond the ranges, the system displays “Fail”.
Remarks	Any additional information regarding the calibration of the equipment.

The system displays the following fields below the multiline:

Calib. Valid From	The date starting from which the calibration done on the equipment is valid.
Calib. Valid Till	The date till which the calibration done on the equipment is valid.
Calib. Result	Indicates whether the result of the calibration, is “Pass” or “Fail”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the calibration order.
Created Date	The date and time on which the calibration order is created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who modified the calibration order.
Last Modified Date	The date and time on which the calibration order is modified.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Clearance Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the details of the clearance requests that were raised for the calibration order.

This page allows you to view the calibration orders. You can view the following details of the calibration that is done on the equipment:

The calibration order and its description
the equipment to be calibrated.
the task or standard procedure that must be performed for executing the calibration
the type and priority of the calibration order
the scheduled date of the calibration as well as the actual date of calibration
the user who has performed the calibration on the equipment
the date till which the last calibration done on the equipment was valid
the parameters for which the equipment is measured for calibration
the parameter value, at which the equipment is measured
the pre-calibration and post-calibration measurement of the equipment
the master equipment compared to which the equipment is being calibrated.
The permissable tolerance range of the measurement of the parameter
The validity period of the calibration done on the equipment
The net result of the calibration done on the equipment, which can be “Pass” or “Fail”.
