Create Inspection Point – A summary of the activity

An inspection point refers to the physical place on the equipment or location where the performance of the equipment or location is monitored based on certain measures. There can be many inspection points on single equipment or location. For example, you can define many inspection points on the equipment to monitor the vibrations of the equipment.

You can enter a unique number for the inspection point and provide a description and status for it. The system sets the inspection point creation date and time to the system date and time, and stores the name of the currently logged in user.
