Using On Line Help

In this page, you can retrieve the details of attribute parameters that are already defined. You can carry out a search based on the parameter, its description, status, unit of measurement and the equipment to which the attribute parameter is attached. The details of attribute parameters that match the specified filter criteria, are displayed in the multiline.

The “Parameter Help” page appears.

Parameter

The identifier of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the parameter in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the parameters with values that are similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the parameters.

Description

The textual description of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the parameters with descriptions that are similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the parameters.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the attribute parameter (Alphanumeric, 10).

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the parameter. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all parameters irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default.

Equipment

The equipment to which the parameter is attached (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the attribute parameters that are attached to similar equipment.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

Parameter

The identifier of the parameter.

Description

The textual description of the parameter.

Type

The type of the parameter, which is “Attribute”.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the parameter.

Status

The status of the parameter which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Equipment

The equipment to which the attribute parameter is attached.
