This page allows you select an equipment movement transaction number for which you wish to view the details. Tell me more.
Select the “View Equipment Movement” link under the “Equipment Induction” business component.
The “Select Transaction” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the exact number of the equipment movement transaction:

Eqp. Movement No. |
The number identifying the equipment movement transaction for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the “View Equipment Movement” link provided alongside, to view the equipment movement details.
To search for an equipment movement transaction number
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for equipment movement transaction number. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Eqp. Movement No. |
The number identifying the equipment movement transaction for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the transaction number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment movement transactions with number similar to the number entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the equipment movement (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment movement transactions with description similar to the description entered here. |

Eqp. |
The equipment for which movement has been recorded (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment movement details, which have been recorded for similar equipment. |
Enter the following in the “Transaction Date” field, to view equipment movement details that have been recorded during a specified period:

The date starting from which, you wish to retrieve the equipment movement details that have been recorded (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which, you wish to retrieve the equipment movement details that have been recorded (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Enter the following in the “Movement Date” field, to view equipment movement details that have been moved during a specified period:

The date starting from which, you wish to retrieve the details of equipment that have been moved (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which, you wish to retrieve the details of equipment that have been moved (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the equipment movement transactions in the multiline.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Selecting equipment movement transaction for viewing details - An overview
To select an equipment movement transaction, you can enter the equipment movement transaction number directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the equipment movement transaction number, its description, the equipment for which you wish to view the movement details, the period during which the equipment movement is recorded and the period during which the equipment is moved. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the equipment movement details.
