Inspection Points

This page allows you to view the details of the inspection points that are attached to the parameters belonging to the specification template. When the specification template is attached to the equipment, the inspection points are automatically inherited along with the parameters, by the equipment.
Select the “Inspection Points” link at the bottom of the “View Specification Template” page.
The “Inspection Points” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Classification |
The classification for which inspection points must be viewed. |

Sub-Classification |
The sub-classification of the classification. |
Enter the following field:

Parameter |
Use the drop-down list box to select the parameter to which inspection points must be viewed. The system lists all “Range” and “Attribute” parameters that are attached to the classification – sub-classification combination in the “Create Specification Template” page. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Inspection Points” multiline:

Inspection Point |
The inspection point that is attached to the parameter. |

Desc. |
The description of the inspection point. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional information about attaching inspection points to the parameter. |
