You can select the specification template for viewing in this page. You can carry out a search based on the classification, sub-classification, status and the vendor number of the specification template. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the specification templates for viewing.
Select the “View Specification Template” link under the “Equipment Induction” business component.
The “Select Specification Template” page appears.
To search for a specification template
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a specification template.

Classification |
The classification that you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the classification in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all classifications similar to the classification entered here. |

Sub-Classification |
The sub-classification belonging to the classification that you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the sub-classification in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all sub-classifications similar to the sub-classification entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve classifications based on the status. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve classifications irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |

Specification Template |
The number given by the vendor for the classification – sub-classifiction combination (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the specification template in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all asset classifications, which belong to similar specification templates. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Classification |
The classification retrieved by the system. |

Sub-Classification |
The sub-classification defined for the classification. |

Status |
The status of the classification – sub-classification combination, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Specification Template |
The specification template defined for the classification. |
