This page allows you select the transaction number of rotable movement to view its details. Tell me more.
Select the “View Rotable Movement” link under the “Equipment Induction” business component.
The “Select Transaction” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the exact number of the rotable movement transaction:

Transaction No. |
The number identifying the rotable movement transaction for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the “View Rotable Movement” link provided alongside, to view the rotable movement details.
To search for a transaction number
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for transaction number. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Transaction No. |
The number identifying the rotable movement transaction for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the transaction number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the rotable movement transaction numbers similar to the number entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the rotable movement (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the rotable movement transactions with description similar to the description entered here. |

Rotable |
The rotable for which movement has been recorded (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the rotable in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the rotable movement details, which have been recorded for similar rotables. |
Enter the following in the “Transaction Date” field, to view the rotable movement details that have been recorded during a specified period:

From |
The date starting from which, you wish to retrieve the rotable movement details that have been recorded (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which, you wish to retrieve the rotable movement details that have been recorded (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Enter the following in the “Movement Date” field, to view the details of rotables that have been moved during a specified period:

The date starting from which, you wish to retrieve the details of rotables that have been moved (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which, you wish to retrieve the details of rotables that have been moved (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “From” field. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the rotable movement details in the multiline.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The number of rotable movement transaction retrieved by the system. |

The description of the rotable movement. |

Transaction Date |
The date on which the rotable movement has been recorded. |

The date on which the rotable has been moved. |

The time at which the rotable has been moved. |

Click the hyperlinked transaction number in the multiline, to view its details. 
Selecting rotable movement transaction for viewing details - An overview
To select a rotable movement transaction, you can directly enter the transaction number of the rotable movement. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the transaction number, its description, the rotable for which you wish to view the movement details, the period during which the rotable movement is recorded and the period during which the rotable is moved. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the rotable movement details.
