In this page you can select the user-defined group for which the details are to be viewed. You can carry out a search based on user-defined group code, description and status. Details such as the user-defined group code, description and status are displayed.
Select the “View User Defined Group” link under the “Equipment Induction” business component.
The “Select User Defined Group” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the exact user defined group for which the details are to be viewed:

The user defined group for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the “View User Defined Group” link provided alongside, to view the user defined group information.
To search for a user defined group
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for user-defined group. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

User Defined Group |
The user-defined group for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the user-defined group in full or enter it partially. The system retrieves all the user-defined groups with values that are similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups. |

Status
|
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the user-defined group to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default. |

Description |
The description of the user-defined group to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the user-defined groups with descriptions similar to the description entered here. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system will list all the user-defined groups that are defined.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The textual description of the user-defined group. |

Status |
The status of the user-defined group, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the hyperlinked user defined group in the multiline, to view its details.
