Help On AMC

This help page allows you to search and select a AMC number and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a AMC number, AMC date, or supplier code by specifying the details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the AMC details created. The selected AMC number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

• Click the lens icon positioned next to the “AMC No” field.

The “Help On AMC” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

• Enter the following details in the header:

AMC No	The unique number that identifies the annual maintenance contract (AMC) no. of the equipment.
AMC Date	The date on which the AMC was created.
Supplier Code	The unique code identifying the supplier to whom the AMC is assigned.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.

• On click of “Search” button the following details are displayed in the multiline:

AMC No	The unique number that identifies the annual maintenance cost (AMC) no. of the equipment.
AMC Date	The date on which the AMC was created.
Supplier Code	The unique code identifying the supplier to whom the AMC is assigned.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.

• Click the “Ok” button to retrieve the “Help on AMC” in the main screen.
