In this page, you can retrieve the details of parameters that are already defined. You can carry out a search based on the equipment, its parameter, its description, type, status and unit of measurement. The details of parameters that match the specified filter criteria are displayed in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the "Parameter" field in the main screen.
The “Parameter Help” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria to search for a parameter:

Eqp. |
The equipment for which parameters must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all parameters belonging to similar equipment. |

Parameter |
The identifier of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the parameter in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the parameters with values that are similar to the value entered here and belonging to the equipment entered in the “Equipment” field. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the parameters. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the parameters with descriptions that are similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the parameters. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the parameter. The system provides the options “Attribute”, “Range” and “Consumption”. The system retrieves all the parameters that are of the type selected in this field. Leave the field blank to retrieve parameters irrespective of their type. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter (Alphanumeric, 10). Enter this field, only if you are searching for range or consumption parameters. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the parameter. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all parameters irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

The equipment retrieved by the system. |

Parameter |
The parameter belonging to the equipment. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the parameter. |

Type |
The type of the parameter, which can be “Attribute”, “Range” or “Consumption”. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. The system displays this field only if the parameter type is “Range” or “Consumption”. |

Status |
The status of the parameter which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the parameter.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
